Hurricane Katrina

For those gloryblog readers concerned about Carrie being in the line of the hurricane, she's fine. No power and all that, of course, but she's managed to make some contact with me on her cell phone.

A picture of the university and an uprooted tree:

Everyone only an hour south of Carrie had to worry about more than uprooted trees, of course.

Photoshopped... Or Not?

Round 2. Here's another expertly Photoshopped (or not!) photo. You decide!

Were you Confused?

That's not actually me in the photo from Rusty's last post -- it's Lisa Loeb looking the more like me (minus her sneaker choice) than ever. The photo is so creepy that when I look at it, I have to remind myself that it's not me.

But . . . I was a rockstar at Tommy's this summer, where I played a C chord on the soprano ukelele and got behind a drum set for the first time and started playing with no instruction. I'm awesome on the footpedals. Here's me on the ukelele.

And if you're hungering for more photos of Summer: The Sequel, Rusty's got them up here -- you'll notice more couple pictures without the arm's-out, taken-by-ourselves look. You guess which ones have been seriously photoshopped.

I haven't put my pictures up on my page yet because I don't want to admit that Rusty actually left.

Photoshopped . . . or not? You be the judge!

Speaking of Rock Star Carrie...

There's a zillion things we did over the summer to talk about, but I'll start with a picture (unfortunately the only picture) of Carrie's first rock show. I think this was right after her doing the solo version of "Boobalean." Carrie continues to fight the misconception that she's shy.

I Lost My Sidekick

So I guess that means the glory's back for your entertainment pleasures. Hey Lori. Here's a lazy first post.

We Haven't Eloped

Our gloryblog readers are buzzing with rumors that the last pictures was our wedding photo, but it's actually just a photo from a wedding. We jacked the pretty background and lighting from the bride and groom once they were done.

Pia and I, however, did secretly elope. Here's our picture:

(Some of the above statements were exaggerated, or are simply lies. Figure out which.)
