Our new Sim baby looks more like Mama than baby #1 did. Here's the new one next to Mama at age seven (2nd grade, school picture) and Mama again at age nine (an ill-fated year on the cheerleading squad for my brother's pop warner football team, the Wildcats).
Here is a photo I found after doing a Google image search for the phrase "looks like mama."

The second baby. Looks a lot like the first, don't it?
The second baby screaming.
The first child, now pregnant, holding the second child.
The second grown up a bit.
If you've ever wondered what I'd look like as an old man...
... Or Carrie as an old woman.
FIGHT THE REAL ENEMY!

The new issue of Georgetown Review is out, featuring my story "Watching Out for Wallace" on page 25 and Rusty's story "Every Three Years" much, much later on page 338. Our stories are straining to make out with each other. Right now, they are sleeping facing away from each other, but with their asses touching. You can (and should) get a copy of the humongous issue for just five buckies. Head now to your local newsstand--okay, not your local newsstand or even Barnes and Noble, but it should be a simple process of mailing a check to Kentucky and getting a book a week or so later. The editor was so pleased to have us that he used us as advertising on the cover.

The Microsoft wireless optical mouse comes in two different colors and features a long battery life. Some users experience up to six months worth of usage. The wirelessness presents the ultimate in freedom and the opticalness keeps you from having to clean the gunk from the mouse balls.
The Fellowes mouse pad with gel wrist support keeps my wrist from being bruised, and the gel substance feels like something that I might -- on a lonely night -- have sex with.

Spring Break Pictures
are now available on The Carrie Hoffman Webpage. I am not as discerning or
stingy as Rusty is so there are 21 of them, instead of four.
I have been working for a while on the Holiday Fiction issue of the
Mississippi Review, and now it's up for everyone to read. So read it! I read over 200 stories for this. There's an introduction by me and a Christmas story by Rusty W.S.

I'm afraid the GLORY!blog will be shutting down because Carrie broke up with me. I put my fist through a chalkboard when I found out (she called me on my cell phone at school). She broke up with me because I'm "just not skinny enough" for her. She also considers blue eyes to be a genetic sign of weakness. I figure this is the best time to give up Cokes and start smoking and drinking instead.
April Fools, everyone! I don't have a cell phone!
